WOOZWORLD, THE VIRTUAL SOCIAL NETWORK FOR TWEENS, ANNOUNCES NEW CEO

MONTREAL, QC (February 4, 2014) – Thomas Birch, the Chairman of Woozworld, today announced the appointment of Simonetta Lulli as President and CEO. Woozworld is the largest virtual social network for tweens.

Ms. Lulli joined Woozworld in October 2013 as President and Chief Marketing Officer and was tasked with developing Woozworld’s virtual goods monetization strategies and broadening its operations. She recently was appointed CEO where she will focus on readying the company for a number of enhancements in technology and growth that are slated for the first half of 2014. Previously Ms. Lulli spent the last 10 years creating the profitable international business of Habbo, the biggest teen online virtual community in the world.

“Simonetta brings her in-depth knowledge of virtual online communities, gaming and new media marketing to Woozworld, where her expertise is leveraged to expand its global reach and take the company to new heights,” stated, Mr. Birch.

Ms. Lulli began her career in Spain working for the Antena3 TV group. In 2001, in London, she mastered the online casino industry, first as part of an international business development team and then as a marketing executive. In 2003, she joined Sulake Labs, the owners of Habbo Hotel, where she held a series of senior international marketing, community and management positions over the following decade.

An Italian citizen born in Madrid, Ms. Lulli holds a degree in Economics from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid. She further developed her formal education with an MBA at IADE in Madrid, a Masters in European Management from EDHEC in Nice and a specialty in Media Communications from Open University in London.

Since its launch in 2010, over 25 million tweens eight years old and up gather to play and socialize with their friends in Woozworld, a COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) compliant site that adheres to laws on the protection of children's privacy on the Internet.
